Southway Housing Trust/Gecko Homes
LWC were appointed to support Southway’s new sales team to develop sales and marketing strategies for their growing development programme. With a development of 46 Shared Ownership homes already on site, LWC supported Gecko Homes on all aspects of sales and marketing to achieve off-plan sales success. In particular, LWC helped Gecko Homes establish sales processes and procedures, relationships with key suppliers (mortgages, solicitors, interior design, advertising, design agencies), develop marketing and social media campaigns, provided creative support and artwork and prepared them for their first sales launch. As well as helping the sales team to drive sales for their current programme, LWC provided valuable advice in respect of providing market intelligence reports to support investment decisions and residential strategies for their new development pipeline.
