Case Study – Southway Housing Trust/Gecko Homes

LWC worked with the newly established sales team at Gecko Homes to provide an intensive 2-day professional sales and marketing training session. LWC worked with the newly appointed Sales and Marketing Manager for 1-day of strategic sales and marketing training and planning.

Day 2 comprised a full day sales and marketing training session tailored to the needs of the sales and administration team. The day covered sales training and handling objections, how to deliver successful shared ownership developments, what success looks like and an introduction to social media.

The session was fun, informal and upbeat. The team came away with plenty of practical solutions to assist them in their day to day roles.
